Setenil de las Bodegas is a Spanish town in the province of Cádiz in Andalusia. Its urban structure has been declared a historic site, centered in a gorge formed by the Trejo River that flows through the town. It is part of the White Villages Route. Ronda is located in the northwestern corner of the Málaga province, surrounded by a range of high mountains called 'la serrania'. This made it attractive but somewhat inaccessible in the past. It’s one of the oldest towns in Spain, dating back to prehistoric times. Notable remains include the Pileta cave, a relic of authentic Andalusian rural art. The town still preserves many Arab influences, such as the Arabic baths and the Almocabar entrance gate. Its diverse landmarks and the stunning 'El Tajo' gorge (over 700 meters deep) make Ronda a true monument.
Our guide will pick you up at a designated stop or hotel along the coastal road toward Malaga. From there, we’ll head north along the regional highway to Setenil. You’ll have about 1 hour of free time to explore this white village. Then we continue to the town of Ronda. The guide will accompany you to the city center, where you'll have free time (around 3 hours). In the afternoon, we return to Costa del Sol.
Pickup from most hotels along the coast.
